For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term “we”, “us”, “our” used anywhere on this page shall mean CATsetgo.“You”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us. These Terms and Conditions  govern your use of CATsetgo’s website and services. By enrolling in our program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (www.CATsetgo.com) or enrolling in our CAT 2026 program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CATsetgo provides:

• Online CAT preparation mentorship
• Live interactive classes via Zoom/Google Meet
• Study materials (physical and digital)
• Mock test access and analysis
• One-on-one mentorship sessions
• Doubt resolution support
• Post-CAT interview preparation

Course Deliverables Disclaimer

The number of classes, mock tests, sectional tests, practice questions, assignments, and other deliverables mentioned in course descriptions or marketing materials are indicative benchmark figures.

CATsetgo reserves the right to modify, increase, or reduce such deliverables by up to ±20% based on academic requirements, student needs, exam pattern changes, or operational considerations. Such variations shall not constitute a deficiency of service or grounds for refund or dispute.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Eligibility:

• Must be preparing for CAT 2026 or related MBA entrance exams
• Must have reliable internet connection for online classes
• Must commit to active participation in the program

Payment:

• Full course fee must be paid at enrollment
• Payment is non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are subject to change; enrolled students not affected by future price changes
• Payment receipt will be provided via email

4. Course Access and Duration

Access Period:

• Course access provided from enrollment date till January 31, 2027
• No extensions beyond this date
• Students responsible for downloading/saving materials before access expiry

Login Credentials:

• Students receive unique login credentials
• Credentials are personal and non-transferable
• Sharing credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in access termination

5. Student Responsibilities

As an enrolled student, you agree to:

• Attend live classes regularly or watch recordings
• Complete assigned practice work and mock tests
• Maintain respectful communication with mentor and peers
• Not record, distribute, or share class recordings without permission
• Not share study materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Not use course content for commercial purposes
• Submit assignments and participate in good faith

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content is proprietary and protected:

• Video lectures, study materials, mock tests, and other content are CATsetgo’s intellectual property
• Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited
• Materials are for personal use only during your enrollment period
• Violation may result in access termination and legal action

You may not:

• Record live classes without explicit permission
• Share study materials on public platforms
• Sell or distribute course content
• Use materials for coaching others

7. Class Schedules and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify class schedules with reasonable notice
• Replace live classes with recorded sessions in emergency situations
• Cancel individual sessions (make-up session will be provided)
• Adjust course structure or content based on CAT exam pattern changes

In case of schedule changes:

• Students will be notified via email/WhatsApp
• Recorded sessions provided if live attendance not possible
• Reasonable accommodations made for student convenience

8. Limitation of Liability

CATsetgo does not guarantee:

• Specific CAT percentile or exam score
• Admission to IIMs or any specific B-school
• Interview calls from any institution
• Any particular outcome from using our services

CAT performance depends on multiple factors including:

• Student’s effort and consistency
• Prior preparation and fundamentals
• Exam day performance and luck
• Competition level in the given year

We are not liable for:

• Student’s exam performance or results
• Technical issues on student’s end (internet, device problems)
• Third-party service failures (Zoom, payment gateway, etc.)
• Loss of data due to student’s actions
• Missed classes due to student’s personal reasons

9. Affiliate & Third-Party Marketing Disclaimer

CATsetgo may engage affiliates, partners, counselors, or third-party marketers for promotional activities. While we expect all affiliates to follow ethical marketing practices, CATsetgo shall not be responsible for any false, misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorized claims made by such affiliates or third parties outside our official communication channels.

Students are advised to carefully review the official course deliverables, features, and inclusions mentioned on our website or shared by the CATsetgo sales team before making a purchase. In case of any ambiguity, students must confirm details directly with the CATsetgo sales team prior to enrollment.

Any purchase made solely based on external or unofficial representations shall be at the student’s own discretion and risk.

10. Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Maintain respectful behavior with mentor and peers
• Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or dishonest practices
• Not harass, bully, or discriminate against others
• Not disrupt classes or doubt-clearing sessions
• Not misuse platform or resources

Violation may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary access suspension
• Permanent termination without refund
• Legal action in severe cases

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Share login credentials or course materials
• Engage in misconduct or harassment
• Provide false information during enrollment
• Use services for unauthorized purposes

Termination is without refund and at CATsetgo’s sole discretion.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All materials are completely error-free
• Results will meet your expectations
• Technical issues will never occur

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Significant changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated via email.

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, India.

Informal Resolution: Before taking legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution through good-faith negotiation.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CATsetgo regarding use of our services.
