CATsetgo operates on a commitment-based mentorship model. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in our CAT 2026 program.
Refund Eligibility
No Refunds After Enrollment
Once you enroll and make payment for the CAT 2026 program, refunds are not provided under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Inability to attend live classes due to personal/professional commitments
- Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching methodology
- Not achieving desired CAT percentile or exam results
- Technical issues on student’s end (internet connectivity, device problems)
- Failure to utilize course materials or attend sessions
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Our mentorship model requires genuine commitment from both mentor and student from day one. Small batch sizes mean each enrollment is a significant commitment of Samanti’s time and attention. Trial periods and easy refunds create a shopping mentality rather than serious engagement with the preparation process.
What We Offer Instead
Pre-Enrollment Clarity:
- Detailed conversation with the sales team before you enroll
- Complete transparency about program structure, expectations, and approach
- Clear communication about what the program includes and requires
- Honest assessment of whether our approach suits your learning style

Payment Terms
- Full payment required at the time of enrollment
- Installment options (if offered) require completion of all installments regardless of course usage
- No partial refunds for missed classes or unused materials
- Payment is non-transferable to other individuals or future batches
Technical Issues on Our End
If we are unable to deliver promised services due to technical failures or other issues on CATsetgo’s end, appropriate make-good arrangements will be provided. This does not constitute a refund but rather alternative access or additional resources.
Course Access Duration
Enrolled students receive course access till January, 2027. No extensions or refunds will be provided for failure to utilize access within this period.
Exceptional Circumstances
In extremely rare cases of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider:
- Extending access period (not refund)
- Providing access to recorded sessions for missed live classes
Such requests must be made in writing with appropriate documentation and are evaluated case-by-case. No guarantees are made.
